ISIS has claimed responsibility, the bomber was a 22-year-old man named Salman Abedi, and the Prime Minister believes another attack is imminent.
5,000 armed British troops are being sent to key areas. Salman Abedi was a known possible terrorist threat but wasn't deemed to be an immediate threat. That intel was shot to hell. The neighborhood Abedi lived in is a hotbed for recruiting ISIS fighters per Fox news. The UK is now at the critical threat level (highest), where another attack may be imminent after post-attack evidence reviewed. Sick! Sad! Angering!
