Or Boeing for that matter 3, 777 mishaps in about 2 years. The one tail slap, belly flop crash of Asian Airlines at San Diego, and these two Malaysian flights. All involving 777's

Asian airlines was San Francisco correct, and wasnt that due to pilot error?

The first malaysian airlines is also questionable and could be pilot error. Though its likely well never know.

The third, how is it Boeing's fault their plane got shot out of the sky? Thats like saying its bad PR for Ford if a drunk ass hillbilly wrecks his ef one fiddy.

I guess because Boeing didn't build the aircraft well enough to survive high end military rockets. Those engineers need to step their game up.

It has been a known fact that an aircraft company takes a hit on their reputation, when multiple mishaps happen in a relative short time (under a year). cases in point

727, DC-10, and 757 back in the mid 70's for the 727, the mid to late 80's with the DC-10, and 757.

Thoughts and prayers to all of the innocent victims onboard.. In a matter of years all of our commercial airliners will be equipped with Electronic Countermeasures.

Malaysian Air is a state-owned company, it's the ONLY commercial way to fly in and out of Malaysia. They have a monopoly on all air travel, so they aren't going out of business any time soon.

Several different commercial airlines fly in and out of Kuala Lumpur as well as Penang.

You're right enough is enough. i rather not spend my tax money on some more bullshit.

Your comment matches your avatar perfectly.:D

In all reality we shouldn't start a massive war over this incident, but something serious needs to be done about this.

i read you as the gun ho, lets go to war with that comment. lol my b

I'm just saying we should chill and not be compulsive.

edit: personally I see this as bad for putin. The fact that the plane was civilian may force Putin to put the "seperatists" on a leash.

Still hard to believe this happened. Madness! I really feel sad for the families of the 295 victims.
