I have been working crazy OT so that in the event the member doesnt buy my 2.3 I will still have the funds to get the 2.9 along with 80lb injectors. The only thing that I have to worry about is a winter storm preventing me from getting it tuned. Other than that I'm getting it done.

I would buy a 2.9 if they were cheaper than the 3.4, but i dont really see a point in buying a puny 2.9 when i can get the 3.4 for the same price and make more power.

No one has pushed the envelope as of yet so the verdict is still out unless you can steer us to someone who has?

So if I spin this to 25lbs of boost then there shouldnt be any restriction from the inlet or BF TB ?
Nope. You should be just fine.

Looking forward to seeing numbers, especially on E85. Could be an option for me a year or 2 down the road.

Is there any data out there that would show what kind of CFM a KB or Whipple twin screw is moving at a given PSI? The reason I ask is based off of my recent project which involved removing my JLT CAI, making the intake length as short as possible, and replacing the previous restrictive filter with one that meets the CFM requirements of my motor. I have a strong foundation with forced induction in general, but my expertise is with turbos, not blowers; specifically postivie displacement blowers found on our Cobras. My new set up is basically the JLT rubber boot from the single blade TB, my BA2400 MAF, and the 14" K&N mounted onto the billet end of the MAF. There was just enough room to squeeze all of that in so that filter fit in there with NO modifications to any sheet metal. I also removed the P/S valve cover hose and replaced that with a K&N breather. What does the small vacume line that also ran to the JLT intake tube go to? It looks like it runs around the back of the blower to ???.
