Prison time (much less up to 8yrs) for a crime that doesn't have a victim is why we have the 2nd Amendment.
Well suit up and go to war John.

Pre-crime. Just like owning a gun. No one has been killed.....yet.Thats like saying drunk driving is ok and shouldn't be punished until someone is actually killed. Just because there isn't a victim yet, doesn't mean a crime isn't punishable.

Just to further add to my statement...Even on forums like this where you're 'anonymous'.
I 'leaked' some Bronco information last spring that was supposedly labeled confidential by FMC, and the next morning at 7:15am I received a call on my cell phone from 5 or 6 big wigs at Ford basically threatening me to take it down... once I explained that I had no idea that it was considered confidential, and there was no malicious intent, it wasn't a big deal... but crazy nonetheless.
That's some X files shiz if I've read it.
It was crazy. All transpired because someone made copies of a Bronco information packet and didn't include the "Confidential" watermarks on it.
I'll save it for then I'm in need of it...no need to go to bat for a commie from cali
John, it would have been easier to just say that you never will suit up.

It would be funny if we signed a treaty with Mexico allowing extradition for reckless driving charges.
Oh, merrr gawwwdddd
179 people have died from "speed contests" in California in the last 20 years!!!
Probably because prior to The Fast and the Furious, no one knew there was a problem and it was never tracked.Haha, why didn't they go back 100 years?, the number of deaths would have been higher!
LOL
If they want to race they can just take it to the track! What's that? There's none left there? Hmm...
Boy I'm glad that California has got all their problems under control so they can finally tackle the menace that is street racing. /s

There are very few and their days are numbered.
Typical California mental disorder of being more worried about what everyone else is doing, not liking it and saying you must stop.
Read up on what homeowners next to the track did to Sac raceway. Of course the track was there YEARS before the houses.
