Glad everything worked out. The TA guy was def. wrong and should have used his head instead of racing like that. I do think the LEO stepped over the line but, it is commendable that he could apologize. I think part of that sounds like he got caught but, I would just take it like you. No need to rouse up the PD and redflag your car.
