I would never purchase a vert as a performance car like these. too much twisting going on with the body. I see so many come in with issues with the top and not sealing properly and leaks of course.

I love the Verts, i own na 95 Vert with a roll/light bar, they are sweet, my next is an 03/04 it will be a coupe, more rigid, no need for a roll bar at the track until 11.49. lighter.

Coupe! It rides and handles better, is quieter and there is less of a chance for vandalism (I sometimes have had to park in bad areas).

Convertibles are nice on sunny days when you just want to take a cruise.

I've owned a vert before. Uni-body convertibles removes the one major part for structural integrity sans a cage. Moans and groans even with subs. Major pain in the ass.
I'd buy one for the little lady but not for me.

Mines a coupe so you know what I voted for.....
I work with a guy that has a rag top Cobra, I'll have to say lots of fun on a nice summer day when the tops down BUT, don't care for the looks when it's up!

Vert with cage or light bar. Can't beat it on a nice day. The only problem I have is the ladies that check me out. :p

i`ve had both coupe & a vert

i like my vert the best

Have both and I would have to say the Vert after the cage and sub frames. Stiffer than the coupe and ya get the ability to drop the top.
x2 mine has kenny brown matrix kit

I own a coupe , but I'd kill for a droptop. Can't beat a vert for cruising and that's where cobras spend 95% of there time.

I buy coupes. They are better for performance applications.

A vert would be fun to have on the side though.
