Spaghetti tonight! Sauce was made with home ground burger, home ground Italian sausage, garlic, onion and San Marzano tomatoes reduced down with beef stock.

I always make enough for another meal, either brunch or dinner the next day as I only eat twice a day, sometimes only once. Can't do three meals in a row with leftovers though. Just get sick of it.

Last night had NE clam chowder from a can. (Progresso) So lame how few potatoes and clams they put in so I bought a can of chopped clams and threw them in. Topped it with real bacon bits, had a side of Caesar salad and some crackers.

Living large using the Natties. lol We do those a few times a year and usually use some crap beer somebody had brought over at one point. Always come out moist and juicy. I sometimes add some soy or other to the can

I started injecting mine. Let it sit over night then season it with salt, pepper and garlic and smoke it until the breast is 160 degrees.

We always use that in a turkey breast.

No complaints about ketchup with meatloaf from me. This stuff is good on it too.

I don't know if that's the exact one, but it's a Zatarain injection product. I don't think so on the garlic butter.

Cracker Barrel is good. Have one right around the corner. We were in Atlanta last weekend, quite the place with a ton of places to drink/eat. Expensive compared to what I'm used to. Went to some neat places. My daughter and her husband have lived there about 8 years.
