I’m just giving you shit @CompOrange04GT to be fair, I cannot for the ****ing life of me figure how to grocery shop/cook just for myself. Like I legit have just started looking in my pantry and mixing shit together.

“Oh, is that a can of green beans? Garbanzo beans in a can? *looks in fridge* oh shit there are some leftover garlic apple shrimp. Guess I’m having green and garbanzo bean garlic apple shrimp.”

I put a 10lb butt roast on the pellet grill at 4 this morning. Pulled pork later.
I do my own rub complimented with some MeatChurch (LOVE LOVE LOVE their stuff)

Smoke 24 hrs at 180 then bring it up to 225 until 200degrees.

I then mix in Carolina vinegar based sauce after I pull it.

Haven't tased any better - I cook it for all my neighbors.

14 hours later, 250 degrees on the master built 800. 4 big butts is too much for this grill but to have the versatility of smoking and searing is awesome. It's like having a pellet grill without trading in your manhood.

Those butts look awesome. I just got the Masterbuilt 1050 early last month and have used it multiple times per week. After using an offset smoker and vertical smoker for years, this thing is life on easy mode with the electronics that control the temp. Here are some ribs I made a few weekends ago.
