Had soft tacos tonight.

Meat tacos with diced tomato, lettuce, cheese, and taco seasoning. Delicious.
I usually do the avocado as well, but didn't have any.

Those butts look awesome. I just got the Masterbuilt 1050 early last month and have used it multiple times per week. After using an offset smoker and vertical smoker for years, this thing is life on easy mode with the electronics that control the temp. Here are some ribs I made a few weekends ago.

I hear ya. I was in the same boat with the offset. I wanted the 1050 but the 800 comes with a griddle. That's what sold my wife on getting one.

Nice Brad.
What was the stuffing you put inside the peppers?
Really good Tony. Brisket, cream cheese and Monterey Jack. About 2.5 Hours. 2 hours at 225* and about 1/2 hour at 350* brushed with BBQ sauce. Killer good. Made ground sirloin blue cheese burgers after those. Also smoked some beets, yes beets for another meal and a salad. Killer good too. I has to sample one.

Where do y’all buy the meat church stuff? Not sure if it’s a butt or ribs this weekend if I have time. Wife wants to run out of town this weekend
You can purchase it online at MeatChurch... or go to their website enter your zipcode and it will find retailers. Ace Hardware around here sells it.

Sorry...Just seeing this notification.
