Got it and that's only the rears right? The fronts are a whole hub assembly?

I miss doing that. TBH I'd rather spend a weekend doing that than detailing my car.View attachment 1636773
Custom file fit all the piston ring's (.022) to the freshly honed cylinder wall's.
Next up, install the pistons.
Did you rule out your oil cooler@ your oil filter?Started dripping in October of last year, my garage didnt get below freezing by then, that garage is heated to 55 plus all year long, always use a 50/50 premix.
Upgraded my Alternator for the bigger fuel pumps. Also did the big three wire kit.

I got a kick out of this. Free roll of TP! There was also a pack of skittles in the box which was a nice added touch.
Replaced the rack and outer tie rods this past weekend. Initially went in for an inner tie rod, found the issue was the rack. Ended up w the cardone 22000, seems just like it was. I know there's some questions as to if they're truly specd for the Terminator.
Went w mevotech outers and did the mm aluminum bushings. Thought about doing the steering shaft but for the price it didn't seem worth it. New front tires go on tomorrow at the alignment shop. View attachment 1637324View attachment 1637325

Is that cardone the only option? I'm guessing oem terminator rack discontinued? Let us know how it drives. The mm bushings are a good upgrade
There are other options but they were pretty pricey, I wanna say close to $500.I’ve had that exact cardone rack for close to 3 years and over 20k miles and it did FEEL the same as the OEM rack however the codes the racks were based off do matter. My lock to lock ratio was much quicker after and the rack code was a NJ not a ZM. I can’t find info on the car the NJ came from but the car lost a .5 turns lock to lock. I also run the solid MM rack bushings as the car came with them.
Looked at it...

It’s actually dirty from driving it yesterday but I didn’t get a pic

Yeah I feel pretty dang lucky to have found it. I'd take a parchment interior over the light gray any day of the week.Rare color combo with that top

As far as the codes, I saw in another thread that someone contacted cadone about the codes not matching and they said that they use the outer housings from any mustang but rebuild the inners to spec - so the code doesn't matter according to them. But like you, others have reported that they aren't to spec, others have. Mixed results I guess. At least the 275s don't rub and it's not a noticeable difference from what I can tell so far.
How many turns from center to lock on yours?
