Some good picks in here. The 90s Buick Skylark was one you don't think about much. I don't know if I'd group a lot of the economy cars that were more plain than ugly.

I don't think the "jellybean" 2nd gen Taurus was that bad, but the Mercury Sable?
60s Studebakers were bad, especially as they got desperate and just started grafting stuff onto existing cars.
The initial concept of the PT cruiser was actually pretty neat.
As was the Pronto Spyder
TVR Speed 12 always looked so odd to me.
Kia is a big offender lately.
