That is so heart wrenching and sad. Only 27 years old and so much to live for. I remember when I was much younger I used to fearlessly use a scissor jack without jack stands. Then one day the car shifter and came down hard. Miraculously I sensed the movement and rolled out from under the car a second before it fell. That scared me big time. Since then I've never gone under a car unless I used a hydraulic jack and jack stands. I've even cautious when using drive-up ramps. That incident scared me that much!

I pray that his family can find much needed peace during this tragic time. I didn't know him but my heart hurts for him and his family/friends.

RIP bud..... jakes(jaspersvt) cobra is in my garage on jackstands halfway through a clutch install. Makes me kinda nervous to get back under it.

its sucks that tragety has to happen for people to remember to be safe. we have all done stupid things and were lucky.
