Looking through historical weather in Stoughton shows a mostly consistent temperature for at least two decades (I got tired of scrolling and needed to get back to work).

It snowed the last week of February in Phoenix a number of years ago. Everyone went on and on about how much colder it is in Phoenix than it used to be. The very next year we had our first 100* day the first week of March and it was non stop complaining about how much hotter it is in Phoenix than it used to be.
