That being said, what kind of lawyer do you look for to file a suit against them?

I want to bleed them for a large sum just for the principal of it at this point.

Maybe talk to some smaller firms that are looking to make a name for themselves. It seems like you could gain a decent amount of publicity filing a suit against gag book if you do it right. I can see it costing you a lot of money and that is something fagbook has a lot of.
