Here's a bunch of pics. First was my smoker working on the chicken thighs in one picture. Came out real good, nice and spicy. Not too smokey. Next time I'll crisp up the skin more. I also made the platform for the grills as you can see nasty grease stains on my new this year patio. ****ing kill me. I also got myself a Yeti cooler. Stupid amount of money. But man, I haven't added ice or anything since Saturday. And today after sitting out in direct sun since Saturday, the water and little bit of ice was still 36 degrees. The beers left in there ice cold. I'm just getting in to real BBQ, so as for a charcoal grill, all I have is that tiny table top grill. I cook food on it that cost more than the grill. Still comes out tasty as hell. I'll be getting myself a Weber Kettle sooner than later. Then I'll be saving up for the Weber Summit charcoal grill. Thing is sexy. Lastly some smoker porn. XXL Big Green Egg with a friggin $4200 price tag. Hard to tell the size in the pic. It was HUGE. Also my local hardware store is a platinum Traeger dealer. Nice set up in the store. The place is BBQ central. Pretty awesome to have within 15 min from my house. The store also had the Weber Summit grilling center, $2000 bucks. The quality of this grill is incredible. But once I saw the Summit without the table attached for less $$$, that drew my attention more. Enjoy, hope everyone's freedom day was amazing.

If you don't need the table and accessories, you can get a weber kettle for 100-150 new. Could probably find one thats been used twice on craigslist for half that. Definitely make sure it has the removable ash catcher though. The cheapest model doesn't have that.

Been looking on Craigslist. Definitely can find the newer kettle 22" with the ash bowl attached at the bottom for like 50-80 bucks.

Gonna call the firefighters on you.

Funny. I skipped that part last night and just handled it myself. After spending 2 hours trying to get the kids to sleep I wasn't in a great mood to begin with, and then they started up so I went for a drive down the road and had a chat. I don't expect I'll be having that problem again.

Oh I know. I was fully intending on having a nice neighborly discussion last night to find some common ground but was met with little miss attitude as soon as I got out of my car so I went off on them. Still a little fired up abou it. Can't wait for snow this year so I can "forget" to plow their driveway for them, and use their entrance as a place to stack all the snow from the road. I don't understand the lack of common courtesy and getting an instant attitude with people, it never works out. I even gave these people 12 brand new Motorcraft oil filters for a 11+ Explorer when we sold ours because they have one. Guess this is what I get for thanks. Gotta love people

Shooting off a full on 4th of July fireworks show at 10 pm when it's not the 4th of July, I'd say so

Not anymore, unless you want some for an Audi S3, SQ5, or a 6.4 Powerstroke. Well stocked up on all those
