The main issue is oil starvation in high G corners. They fixed it in 09' with a larger dry sump.

Time to switch up to an ARE Dry Sump System after the motor is done.

depending on the year, some had needle bearings from the rockers releasing, i believe mainly the 07s

it's a badass car and package, but like anything first run...some can and will have issues. gm went ballzy on that motor, look at those sleeves and how close together the cylinders are :uh oh:. the motor for 427 cubes is remarkebly small in size and also very light
