My caliper paint job

Car has been on jack stands this winter so far and I decided I would do a caliper a day and a few other little things over the week. My car is a black cobra vert and I'm doing yellow calipers and yellow COBRA on my new afco h/e. just a couple pics. Figured I'd share since I haven't seen too many yellow calipers done on here

I love the idea of the yellow calipers and the heat exchanger looks great. Definitely post pics when the wheels are on and the heat exchanger. Yellow cobra letters might actually look sick if your going with that them. Just an idea

I have 18" FR500s going on in the spring and I have stainless steel cobra letters on it already but yes I was thinking of going yellow also but haven't decided if I wanted to yet or not. But yes will definately get more pics as I go

I definitely want to see how it looks as well. I have a black car and black FR500 wheels. I was thinking about painting my calipers black as well but I am open to other colors. The yellow seems pretty cool. Good job, man!

I have chrome wheels but no tires for it yet so finished pics will be awhile considering I don't need tires because I don't drive my car(WV winter time). But I can put my stockers on and get a couple pics

Thanks guys! Just a thought also for the screaming yellow guys. This dupli color yellow caliper paint matches really good. I came from a SY S197 car and I had a previous car with that paint and held it to my car and it was pretty much a perfect match.

Nice to see you sprayed the rotor too! Nobody likes the Color of rust unless your going for the ratrod look! That would not go well with any of these cars! Bahama but overall nice work!

Yep wire wheeled the paint off the rotors they actually weren't rusted I just wanted them black instead of the factory grey that is on them. Did black caliper paint on the rotors and then high temp engine paint clear coat over them and on the calipers after scraping the letter so it wouldn't chip off around the letters.
