Very Nice!

What are the details of your motor build? sleeved and supported block obviously.

Congrats on breaking the 1100whp mark. That is a ton of power, especially through a 9"

What trans in the car? 6R80 still?

When is the first track outing?

Also, are the mufflers straight through? Any plans to put cutouts on the car? I gotta think they would hold the power back some. also, are you running air filters on the turbos?

i'm about to do a cutout on my turbo car as well. hoping for at least 40 more rwhp out of it.

The borla S type quads I have may be loud, but I think they're pretty restrictive too. dumping the cutout right after the trans on mine.

Yes, I have a circle D 6r80. I built this car to have the power but still drive and sound like stock.

No idea, as soon as I can. I was hoping to have the car tonight, but Manny @ HPP Racing is still tweaking. I told him to put it on the edge, just not push it over.

Yes they are magnaflow comps. It is a true 3"(as much as we can) all the way through. This is with air filters on the car also.

HPP did change them up then from the filters that came with the kit.

I have discussed putting on some, and I just might. I have no idea who to use or not... I want some powered ones. Would love to put them on a pressure switch so when the car sees over 15 PSI they open up or something of that nature.

Anyone have suggestions? I remember back in the day they were all junk.

I threw around the idea of boost actuated cutouts! I spoke to the guys at T1 (GTR) about doing them, like matt has on his IS300TT, BUT decided against them. I'm going to do mine on an E-cutout so i'll have a button to open/close. if you wanted to do boost actuated tho, you could get two wastegates (big ones) and basically tap your exhaust, then run the line from the tap in the exhaust, to the gate, much like the paxton cars do with the 'torque booster'. when the gate sees a certain pressure(spring, in this case) you could have them open to relieve pressure.

i just like the idea of an old fashion cutout more, with a switch.

ask about your compression, i'm curious!

Here's what my cutout looks like, just not on the car yet. Danny @ EDP fabbed this up when i asked for it.

So moser is full of fail. Manny(the tuner) started driving the car, and noticed the rear end seemed a little louder then it should, friday I was riding with him as we were trying to get all the driveability part of the tuning ironed out and the rear started making horrible whining noise and sounded like marbles... WTF..

Called Moser, they said that isn't right, pull the center section and send it in...

What we discovered...

The gears where not set up right.

Biggest thing.... The F'n wavetrac I ordered was not in the center section, it was a locker!

So Moser sent the wrong length axles, the wrong abs rings, the wrong diff, and set up the gears wrong... I'm thinking the guy that put together my order got his two week notice like the guy that built my Oliver rods.

I jokingly told the shop to pull the transmission too and have it rebuilt again. Everything else on the car has been built twice.
