I had fun. It was a good cruise. We need a new meeting place though...a big parking lot like how we were at hooters.

I had a lil roll on race with the x2c turbo car on the highway. I stepped out a car for 1/2 second then he blew by me. I guess 620rwhp ain't enough to keep up. oh well....turbo here I come.

It was apparent that Edgar and Paul (Wallie) and all of The Stable Productions crew really put alot of effort into planning this. Great job, guys! Bravo! I didn't hear of any tickets, wrecks, or breakdowns. That's quite a feat for a 97-car caravan through canyons and across the valley. :thumbsup:

PS... sorry again to the people who were following me when I got us all lost.

Who all saw te little old lady at the end of her driveway giving us the thumbs down as we went by? It was the cutest site almost as if she was saying "I am so rich I do not want you folks up here, just pay your taxes and fix MY public road."

FnPark Ranger gave her a ticket, going 40 on a 35. It was because of the scenic park (to see smoggy Hollywood/Downtown LA). Total BS and probably just wanted her phone number. She is a QT! :rockon: :thumbsup:

It was fun. No problem on getting us lost :burnout: . I didn't mind driving through that area and dreaming of owning one of those homes. But I also like my house. :-D

I had a great time through the canyons...just got "lost" when the lead car took about a dozen of us around the block for a quick burnout turnaround...fun...then we arrived to people doing people sildes at the corners on the way up...

Almost became a ticket casualty on my way home.......driving on the 118 uphill around 80 when a cayenne (non turbo) decided to play so I popped it into 4th and as I was blasting towards 100 my radar started giving me the Laser alarm..........

INSTANT PUCKER!!! Gas saving on, brakes applied trying to make like a hole in the air...It appears after looking in my rear mirror for the inevitable, which didn't happen, that the source was from the other side of the freeway...Hard to wipe the sweat off the brow in the heat we had, but I tried my best...
