Happens all the time even with my sn. It's so annoying lol Fobras are every where in my area. There's a silver v6 with full Termi exterior at my college. Why waste the money ?!

I hear ya lol. I'll go to get gas and people will say "Is it a "real" Cobra?" People just don't know so I guess it's nothing to really get bent out of shape over. It's funny when people are like "hey does this thing have the 5.0 in it?" lol

Back when I had my 10th Anniversary car, I was told it wasn't real because it had a backseat. When I told him it was a "real" Cobra and a 10th Anniversary car, he said "oh I didn't realize they put a backseat in that edition".

i have seen a 05-09 "Shelby" GT "GT350"...it was powder blue. had the gt500 style shelby across the trunk, stripes and everything, except the 500hp and good looks.

I was also told my cobra wasn't real by a father and son because I had the pony in the grill and didn't have the "factory drilled slotted rotors". We went to look at a 03 cobra with 75k miles and it had awful spray painted racing stripes and spray painted factory wheels.

I told the father that if anything, my car was more of a real cobra than his because at least mine was original haha

He even had me pop my hood! :banghead:

Dang, they went all out on the badges! My GT doesnt even have a single GT badge on it, but their V6 sure does have a lot of Cobras...
