MAC or Borla?

My 3" MAC fits just fine. Just take more than 5 minutes to install it and you are good to go.

With the Bassini O/R X it is loud as hell, But I get compliments on the sound 1 - 2 times a week....

I had stingers with catted X and a friend had a 3" Mac with a P/C. They both sound great to me. He got rid of the MAC and went with the Bassani to quiet it down some. It sounds great as well.

If you want to go with Stingers just buy a set of SLP LM2 mufflers and sell the Bassani mufflers. I just got mine installed today and they sound exactly like the stingers with a little less rasp. They use Ceramic packing as opposed to stainless steel in the stingers. I have mine with a Bassani OR/X and it absolutely screams.

The LM2's are $185 from American Muscle :beer:

Mac hands down! Best sounding catback for our cars. I'm running LT's and a o/r prochamber and catback and love it. The fitment on mine is perfect too.

the mac and stinger sound good. but from seeing others cars and installing them myself, the stinger fitment is much better than the mac. the mac longtubes with lethal midpipe fit great. it is just their catbacks that don't.

Mac doesnt make catted pipes anymore. So if someone had a catted mac midpipe its old.
