i have the kooks, o/R X pipe, and flows. I love the combo its so loud and at idle it rumbles. The long tubes scream.

I have heard or read that Kooks LT's are hard
to install, scrape under the car, rust, don't give big
hp and tq numbers and may leak.
Otherwise, go for it.

Im not reading much here about power. Are they worth the $ for the power you gain?

IMO if you can install these you can do anything on a mustang short of tearing down the short block
Neither did mineOriginally posted by OATS
Instructions? Mine didn't come with any.
Yes, it is hard....18hrs on my back hard. The last 6-8hours was spent trying to figure out hot to get the starter back in. PS - I didnt lift the motor or drop the K-member. But if I did it again Id drop the K-member, save an easy 10+hoursOriginally posted by KenCobra03

My 03 was a Daily Driver over last winter in Chicago. Boatloads of salt and they show no signs of rust.Originally posted by KenCobra03

Even though I added mine at the same time as a mid-pipe and cat back, the low end TQ and top end HP gains were rediculous. Peak HP shifted from 5900 to 6400 (where it gained 50rwhp), Peak TQ shifted from 3750~ to 3250 (where it gained 45rwtq), boost dropped aproximately 1 psi, car runs smoother, and it traps about 2-3mph higher than 03s with like mods minus Longtubes.Originally posted by KenCobra03

They only leak if you did the install wrong.Originally posted by KenCobra03
