I'm going to install it all myself, I'm having somebody else evac and recharge it with the industrial freon.

You should do it yourself. Honestly its really easy. I was a first timer. Followed directions to a T went great.

+1, rent the vac. and buy a set of AC gauges from Harbor Freight. That way you can play with your pressures etc.
