Not really that crazy. Had MAC 1 5/8th inch ceramic coated longtubes installed with a Lethal off road x pipe. Numbers are in STD.
Tuned on 93
17-17.5 degrees of timing
13.5 psi

Power before longtubes/off road X 461/463
Power after longtubes/off road X 496/491
Dyno Model: Dynojet 224xLC

Included pictures, current power with current mods in sig. My tuner provided a graph with before and after longtubes. Only changes are longtubes and o/r x pipe.

With 17-17.5* and those mods I would have to say that is a very high reading dyno no offense. Unless your car was touched by the hands of the SVT gods.

With my mods in sig BEFORE longtubes (stock manifolds with a UPR O/RX) I made 467/472 with 21* on 93. I never had my car on the dyno since the longtube installation. I doubt I gained 30 rwhp though.

Either way, I'm sure the car sounds nasty and pulls up top much more. Enjoy it

How much the header install run you. Still on the fence if I want to do the install myself or just get it done and not have to worry about leaks and fitment issues.

I wanted to blame the dyno as well but when my friend had his steg stage 5 with same mods but i cluding an accufab sbtb and a better than stock plenum making 514 on this same dyno i would assume his numbers would have been inflated as well. Also i got a hold of the previous owner of my car and asked if the blower had been touched and he said no.

I'd have to agree that his dyno was very nice to you. I know there are freaks out there but not that much. Try another dyno or better yet take it to the track to see if the numbers match up to your ET and mph.

I did race my buddy before. He puts about a car to a car and a half on me. Also on further inspection and discussion, it was STD numbers. SAE conversion is 496 rwhp 491 rwtq. Almost cracked 500. So disregard, I'm an idiot. :bored:

That seems like a lot of timing for 93. I also checked my SAE before longtubes and I was at 461/463 on 17 degrees. So either factor, SAE or STD, my gains post longtubes are still good if not great. I gained 35 rwhp and 28 rwtq.

sick numbers I cant wait to hit the 500 mark

What are you waiting for, Sam. Go for it! You'll never stop smiling! :poke: :lol1:

Those are definitely higher than normal numbers, even being STD, but numbers are only numbers. Dynos vary. Definitely take it to the track if you can and see what you time slips tell you. Regardless, enjoy your awesome ride!

The only reason he put a lot of timing in it was because it's only a pullied car, so it's ok to run that. If this were a twin screw car, 21* + would be way too much for pump gas without meth or something.
