I have the filters already, what can i use for caps? Anything I just get local?

Yeah, just measure the plug hole sizes on the other end of the PVC pipes and then get caps that would fit on there. I am sure autozone/advanceauto/napa/etc. all have a cap in their stuff that will fit over them.

Just need some kind of rubber cap and then some bands you can tighten down to hold them in place.

For clarification do you need to oil the filter element just like a K&N Air Filter or just leave it dry/white?

They aren't, my friend bought some. The first set a couple of years ago had K&N filter. The last set he bought are some knock off filters

I bought some Autozone breathers and pcv plugs. Got the blue spectre ones to match the coil covers and pcv tube on the passenger side. Looks awesome, and cost me around 11 bucks with my mil discount. About 150 miles on the setup, and no issues. No smell, no oil on valve covers, and I can replace the breathers for $3.50 if they get scummy. Best of all, no blow-by!
