Let me get this straight....a city law forces you to pay for a state registration? Any Sealawyers here think that is legal?

Seriously, you can't have an unregistered car in your driveway? Good old MA and CA..the 2 closest states to communism/socialism there is.

Of course they refer to themselves as "Progressive" states..what a joke

dude, the building inspector in lowell is total douchebag. ive heard from multiple sources that theres numerous FBI investigations on him right now because he's been on a huge power trip recently. i live with a few other guys in one of the andover street mansions and the building inspector walked straight into our house without knocking and starting looking through our mail trying to figure out who lived there. my room mate called him after this happened and asked him on whos authority he walked into our living room and started looking through our mail and he said if we had a problem to call the cops. i would love to give that asshole a swift kick to the balls. the mayor of lowell is also a douche. he walks his dog by our house every day and one week he noticed our grass was a little long and started giving my room mate (who's a prison gaurd and was in full uniform with his gun on his hip) a hard time, acting like we're a bunch of scumbags because our grass was a couple centimeters too long. i mean, we do live in belvidere but still, i think lowell has a few problems that are more serious than our goddam grass being too long. i cant wait to get out of lowell.:bash:

I assume the mayor is elected? Next time say

"thanks Mayor, you got my vote next election" Watch is face change

What a power tripping tool

I have had multiple vehicles in my driveway unregistered for years. Once my dad moved out whom my neighbor liked , the neighbor decided to give me shit constantly. Never had an issue before, me and my dad have done about 6 motor swaps in this driveway since 98 when we moved to this house. He is just trying to get me to leave I bet. All my friends have loud cars and stuff I make noise in my garage. He complained last winter when I fired up my sleds to move them around. All he is is an 85 year old bitch with no life. Ill work on my cars again once the fence goes up lol.

So some asshole tried to break into the Bullitt at 3am this morning. Thank god the alarm went off asap and I got outside in time to see someone hauling ass down the street. I would have beaten the shit out of the guy if I caught him. Now I'm paranoid and can't sleep because I don't want it to happen again. Anyone got a good place to store a car over the winter that's reasonably cheap because I really don't want it sitting here in the Driveway with a cover on it all winter with easy access to shitheads.

hey Greenstang....saturday afternoon I drove by in my cobra and threw a few rev's at ya

Is your landlord selling that house?

just saw this post but Im 99% sure I remember hearing you rev as you went by. I heard what was definitely a mustang and i remember thinking "i bet that was someone from SVTP" haha

and yea the house is for sale, were actually moving out this weekend. we arent getting 'evicted' so to speak but we just mutually agreed with the landlord to end our lease because he's getting hassled by the building inspector for how many cars we have there and how many ppl are living there... its only 5 ppl but i guess youre only supposed to have 3 unrelated ppl living together in lowell
