Tell me about it. I made a brief effort a couple years ago. I asked a couple places about installing a set of stifflers. One shop said they didn't have the welding equipment for those steel thicknesses; one shop said they only had two post scissor lifts; Livernois Motorsports quoted $1300 for the install (not a typo); I asked Alternative Auto about 7 years ago to do a simple set of MMFLSC, and they said they farm it out to someone else (I don't remember who they said).
I don't know much about the welding equip needed for welding things to the frame, and I get it about the lift because I would prefer it done on a four post alignment lift. As far as Livernios and Alternative, it was probably their own way of saying the job was too small for their workload. If anyone has a strong recommendation for someone in metro detroit area that would do a full stiffler kit, let me know
