How do you expect to get customers when you're bashing them straight to their face? If I was in charge, this would be unacceptable.

LOL Thanks for that, I did get a chuckle.
I don't bash customers to their face. I put on a smile, and ignore it...just like I ignore people asking me what year my Corvette is (Viper ACR) every time I go get gas.
Impossible will never happen. Your stupid ****ing customer could never handle a track beast like the 95 escort GT. You must be looking for a lawsuit.I can only imagine.
I had a good one the other day!
Customer comes in for an inspection. Leaves, about 2 days later calls back. Apparently when we did the Missouri State Inspection, somehow we caused his AC to go out. Customer was very adamant that it was our fault and there was no way his old Contour might of just had it coming.
I told him to call @281CJ and borrow his 1995 Escort GT for a loaner car, assuming the AC works in it.
I can only imagine.

I work in commission sales i sell new and used car parts, I got a guy from a random shop on the phone looking for used tires he gave me the size I said I have yada yada brand with 12/32 of tread left which is almost new for a truck tire. He is like those are over half worn! That's not even close to the 32nds I'm like thats not it works and he's like thanks and hung up. I got a laugh out of that.I'm dead inside after listening to customer complaints while I was managing a restaurant.

You can find some really nice tires for cheap, say you recently bought new tires for your car you get in an accident and the car was totaled ins company buys it off you then sells it to a salvage yard. Now that car has brand new tires on it, I get almost all my tires used for almost nothing except for the cobra.I don't understand why people buy used tires to begin with. I mean, I know a lot of people can't really afford whatever shitbox they have which is unfortunate, but there are some damn cheap new tires out there too.
Stop causing trouble.I can only imagine.

McDonald's doesn't count Kevin.I'm dead inside after listening to customer complaints while I was managing a restaurant.
I am not looking to switch careers but am curious as to what a top salesperson makes at a strong dealership? People's definition of "big money" can vary greatly.
I'm honestly not sure but I would guess around 100k?I am not looking to switch careers but am curious as to what a top salesperson makes at a strong dealership? People's definition of "big money" can vary greatly.
Listening to several people I know that have gone into car sales, you would think it was millions.
No other occupation can turn perfectly normal people into raging douchebags so quickly, in my experience. The best car salesmen I have dealt with did no selling at all, and I've dealt with them several times in a row as a result.

Need help? I'm really good...Small sized dealerships you can make $85-90k being a decent salesman. Middle of the road stores you can make $120k. Large stores you can make upwards of $300k.
I've never heard of a salesman hitting $1mil a year. I have met 3 guys that made over $500k at least once.
Close, for a smaller store.
