H&R or Steeda

Not everyone wants to add more power, and if they help handling thats even better. No point in adding more power if you cant put it to the pavement safely.

take a look at mj8's car. he's got the best drop i've seen on this board= H&R SS

Im going with the H&R sports...they give you anywhere between 1.5-1.7...its a little more than the Eibach Kit and not as low as the Race setup, plus they dont recommend switching out the stock shocks...should look pretty mean with the stock 17's...i'll let you know when I get them on

so what springs are those? was going to order h&r ss but now thinking of race, wish I could see a side by side of the 2.

also which one drops you lower the ss or the race, cause I have heard conflicting stories, some say ss is lower others say race is, what is it? :shrug:

I had the old Steeda springs, cut 1/2 coil off the back and it sits perfect. For a daily driver, H&R SS are too low. Anyone who tells you they wont scrape either doesnt drive the car or drives it 20ft. Just wait until you get somewhere where you cant even pull out. Not fun.

The front is perfect, but the back sat a little high. It didn't look bad. The sig pic I have is of the old Steedas not cut. I guess that the new ones sit the back down lower because they redesigned them.

From what I have seen and heard the Kenny Brown springs. Mine are on backorder from www.rpmoutlet.com and soon as I get them on I will post pics.
