That second one I definitely agree with, especially when it comes to hot sauces. I have a guy local to me that has a hot sauce that is both hot and full of flavour. It is the best I've had besides Encona. It's called Baby D's Bee Sting and it's his Original and Okie Sunset that fill my need for hot and flavourful.
