That’s not a TRT cycle lol if you’re going to do it may as well just stay at 500 a week. Support with proper AI as needed and you should have no issues with sides.Just started a cycle I'll be between 375 and 500mg a week of test for a few weeks and then move down maybe to reduce sides.

yes and no, coming off a low carb diet someone would need to slowly ramp up carbs till they figure out what keeps them at maintenance level for overall caloric intake. In order for those low carb diets to work, you have to STAY on a low carb diet, otherwise you gain it all back and then some.
Start simple then, don’t make dieting overly hard. Unless you have some reason to do so very quickly it’s better to take a slow and steady approach. Start with simply increasing activity level, jog, bike, hike, what ever. Combine that with at least 4 days of lifting for 30-40 min each day and you’d be surprised how much that alone will help and still allow you to enjoy carbs.I quit drinking pop at the same time I had a 4 day bout of diarrhea, and lost 15 pounds in a week and a half. (6’ 208 to 193)
Haven’t had pop in 5 weeks, still sitting at 192/193.
If I could get rid of carbs and I started running, I have no doubt I could reach 180 without even trying.
Only problem is I am 34 and lazy... oh, and I love bread.
TRT or not it still boils down to cals in vs out. Meaning you can reduce intake generally cutting back carbs and fats but it varies and increasing energy expenditure. HIIT based cardio is a great way to do this.
The reality is most people don’t fully account for what all they intake so you may be surprised just how far in excess your food intake is.
Meth is lookin' better and better.indeed, you can take supplements, anabolic agents, but you still have to eat right and put in the work.
Just drinking water most of the day rather than coffee/tea/soda/juices/etc. will make a huge difference.
Unless you beta-up your coffee, there is no penalty for drinking as much as you want (other than your heart lol).

If you're doing keto, you can use heavy whipping cream and stevia (or erythritol) in your coffee.
And you people who say you lost 10 lbs in a week . . . you realize that is physically impossible for that to not be mostly water weight . . . unless you're fasting and running a marathon a day.
