Nice... Most of you guys found better deals than I have ever seen. Maybe its because Im not really trying to negotiate and im just looking at the advertised price. I'm sure most guys will go down on their cobras... I know if I had one I sure would haha :coolman:

Also what i found after reviewing several cobras was that quite a bit of them had been in, well, as one dealer said a "minor incident". Usually what happens when you put inexperience in something with power.

I know... It was a car I was looking into for a little while. I just dont want to put a ton of money into a Cobra and have another impractical car. I'm going the Cobra route though, just have to find the one with the mods I want adready done.

I need to check out some different sources because in about a year of looking I have not seen a Cobra going for what you guys paid for yours. And it seems like there are no Cobras in AZ, back in IN they where everywhere... Which is a good thing I guess since I will be one of a few to have one in this area. But I will say I sure do miss seeing and hearing them driving around:burnout:

just got mine, 2004 black cobra coupe, with 20k miles for $26,500, and already had the complete magnaflow cb, x-pipe, pro-tuned (has tuner with it) that i wanted, but still has stock exhaust tips, they will be changed with 4" magnaflow tips here soon, and it was less then 100 miles away...

I LOVE IT,.. a lil slow, but that could easily be my lack of driving experience. Cant compare it to a C5, ZO6 or an M3,.. but aside from the interior, and IRS I love it just as much as my MKIV Turbo Supra.

For the price the car cannot be beat. I was getting a 03 C5 Zo6 and decided the cobra was the better decision. Faster, faster, and faster And cheaper to mod! I spent less then $700 bux and im at 470hp 482tq.

Mods??? 2.8 upper, C&L 95mm MAF, Bassani X and CB, Fluidyne radiator, Even Flow head mod and AFCO double H/E.

Its a remarkabale car and a different ride than my convertible 01 Cobra. SVT really did improve the suspension a lot. I had every type of bushing and suspension mod you could imagine on my old 01 and it just didn't have this car's manners.

If you are seriously looking..like i was about 2 weeks ago..Check autotrader, cars.com, craigslist, ebay everyday or every other day. That's basically where you'll find your deal...but you gotta have patience and wait for the right one.
