Epoxy Garage Floor owners come in!

My folks have done this in the last two houses they have re done. But just polished concrete, with a seal on top. Works perfect with radiant heat, and is as indestructible as well, concrete.

That's not bad. I think it would look pretty good in my place. Any idea on how much it cost?

Most of the cost would be polishing the floor, if its new and machine trowled not a big deal, an old stained rough floor could take a lot of work, or a lot of $$ depending on who does the work.

Good luck getting it to bond. You need a special product like tuff link or bond coat. Also, you would need to deal with baseboards and cabinets height.

If the floor is old rent a grinder, epoxy the cracks, wash is good. two part epoxy on the floor and two coats two part Rexthane on top. It will look great and last for years.

I used rubber cove base for the baseboard it comes in lots of colors and glues on.
