EBT Card Failure

The state food stamp program went down when I was shopping. A whole gang of miserable people were standing around and when asked what was wrong, the manager said the EBT system is down state wide. Being me, I asked loudly "You guys can't use your food stamps?" I paid for my order plus liquor with actual money and left happy. That is all.
