No idea what level of brain damage someone needed to buy a 1997 Town Car at $44k, nearly $6k more then a 528i.
I'm guessing an elder Jewish person isn't buying a BMW ?

When I worked for Enterprise Rent A Car back in 1992-1993 The Lincoln Town car was a very popular request. I rented a black one for a week and loved it.

@13COBRA Nick, been catching more blips about negative equity in new car buyers being an issue. Seeing that in your market?
No sir. Used prices have gone down some...but not a whole lot. I'd say most are 10% or less upside down.
EDIT: Of course I can run a report...
For the last 6 months, 18% of sold customers are 10% or more upside down.
For the last 3 months, 16% of sold customers are 10% or more upside down.
For January 19% of sold customers were 10% or more upside down.
