True but.... there's no extra pedal with shift knob on DCT which I think its his point.

DCT's feel like you're driving a manual stick with the jerkiness and clunkiness low speeds but drives like an auto in terms of not having an actual clutch pedal to engage gears.

Which I would say its his point, there's no "fun" or feel like you have as much control regardless of it being slower.

I really cannot understand how this was a hard concept to grasp….

Nowhere did I say a dct is comparable to a 3 pedal car. I said his comparison of driving experience between a performance dct and an auto SUV with paddles is silly.

I get his point. Just say that instead of trying to compare it to a mommy mobile.

Some dct's are clunky. Some aren't. I've enjoyed the performance ones I've driven. But I'm also not a 3rd pedal or nothing kind of person.

This was the exact point I tried to make with him but by his reply I quickly realized the comprehension level I was dealing with so I choose not to continue. Kudos to you for trying though.

We can race and I’ll leave the car seat in.

Or, you probably could have just stayed quiet since you’re response wasn’t requested nor did you realize what I was comparing so…. Here we are… on the internet, back and forth like idiots.

You really don’t have a clue how capable this vehicle is do you? LOL.
An explorer st? Ya. I have several friends that have them.

But you're not following me off road. And unless you're running bottom 10s you're not keeping up in a race.

As for Racing, who said we’re running the 1/4?

My truck 60's just fine. Should we run the 1/8th?

And your dirt roads are cute. A Subaru can go down those. I said off road.

Dirt roads LOL. Lot of people dead trying to traverse those “dirt roads” going from Marble through Crystal to Crested Butte.

I got an idea. Pick ONE of your little shit boxes, and we’ll do Three Races.

1 from Riverton Wy to Crystal CO.
1 1/4 or 1/8 mile (your choice.)
1 from Salt Lake City UT to Las Vegas NV.

Loser flips the bill for the victory celebration in Vegas.

No Trailer Queens. Better pack a tool box.

I think Whipple is more better.

Sent from my iPhone using the svtperformance.com mobile app

Nothing makes me wanna spend money on a whipple like:

“Oh yea you gotta lower the engine.”
“And you gotta buy our Throttle Body.”
“And our intake to match.”

You just added like $2500 (not including labor) to the price of the upgrade.

Rented one in Colorado. Thought it was hot garbage. The super cruise was the worst I’ve driven. The turbo lag was terrible. Can’t say I liked a single thing about it.

Super Cruise? Are you referring to the Intelligent Adaptive Cruise?

Turbo Lag? I guess if you got it in EcoMode…

These things Rip… especially with just a tune… After all it is a “Mommy” Car…
