This is an A6 (3.15s) on a 28 inch drag radial. Got a great deal on a CJ set-up. No converter yet, will get a 4c in a few months then A 100-shot first of next year. I will put a gear in same time as the CJ intake. What Gear? Lots of reading....Please help! Thanks!

I'd say go 3.31s. I believe nordy racer got an even faster time with the 3.31s over the 4.30s

thanks guys.. yes the 3.31 gears are the best set up for a CJ and auto. I just ran last night with a short shifting 1-2 at Cecil. car went 1.52 60ft 1/8 7.02 at 96.96 and trapped 1/4 at 10.98 at 124.38.

at Capital raceway 2 weeks ago with a better 1-2 shift but in +1400 air the car ran 1.48 60ft 1/8 6.98 at 98.01mph and a 1/4 of 10.98 at 125.13
