All of the photoshops are good. I'm not one for multi-colored cars or flames or anything like that. I tend to like a clean, simple look. That being said, I think your idea looks really good.

I guess the one downside with your idea would be an inability to swap back to the factory hood to return it to a more stock appearance.

so is the general consensus good about the *Quality* of these vis hoods?

id like to hear more from you vis hood owners, im in love with the cf 3" cowl and ive heard horror stories apparently from these hoods about fitment and high speed shake, i own a mineral grey car so i think it would look pretty sweet, even though i will be painting it.

any thoughts on the apparent reported problems?

Quality is great... remember I dont keep this hood on the car 100% of the time but like with all aftermarket hoods, the first thing I did was get hood pins.
