Looks damned close to where they picked up my car. Does anyone have more info on them? Do they have the owners names?

absolutley. I am thinking of upgrading both my systems as well. i have had LoJack since I bought my 95 back in 97. it was put on before I ever drove the car off the lot.

Yeah, I think it is important we all keep in touch and send a very strong message that our cars will not be messed with. It's bad enough when one is lost due to an accident, but these ****ers should not walk and if they get off with a slap, they need to be taught that they did screw with the wrong owners. So your buddy was the guy who popped them when they were actually in the middle of stealing the car?

Spoke to him, we will keep in touch. It's fairly apparent this is the circle of guys responsible for all the cobra thefts. The MO is the same. Your friend had an interesting take on his theft, and we're going to be talking with the detectives and the DA to see if we can link the cases and make it a RICO qualified case.
Until they 3x loser or RICO them. My car will continue to be their unicorn.

These cars need to be garaged with security cameras.
I finally caught the folks who were messing with my old '04 Cobra.
Just amazing. My tape revealed it was two middle Easterners who come to scope the cars. Then a van came into the picture holding about ten accomplishes.
They used spark plugs to break windows silently as possible.
The thieves were in and in about 120 seconds.
Fookers went to jail!

I had someone try and get my car last year. Luckly my dog saw them out the window and started going crazy. I chased them off with the sound of my 45 racking a round in the chamber. a week later I had them in front of my house peeping it again. They never got it. It was some punk a$$ kids 3 houses down.
I hope these pukes go down for a long time. If not arm yourself and set up a sting of your own and put them in their place.(if the law allows)

Trail date delayed until May 31, 2011. Its ironic because that's on year to the day he was arrested/the car was stolen.
