Your cylinder walls are a Plasma Transfer Wire Arc iron coating and it’s only 150 microns (0.006-inch) thick… it’s been ran for over 140,000 miles…

I’m no ford engineer but… that’s a lot of miles on a block you can’t just rehone, bore out .030 over and call it a day.

These blocks are EXPENSIVE to replace.

Idk what your plans are for the car but I would consider sleeving the block before you go HAM on any performance modifications and or run it like a raped ape…

To give you SOME peace of mind…
