Billetflow: Are they still in business?

I have tried several time to call Billetflow, and never get an answer, or call back after leaving a message. I have emailed Doug and no response. I was just curious if they are still in business.:??:

They were in business last year when I ordered my pullies from them. It took a few times for me to get ahold of them but I finally got through.

I just ordered an upper for someone last week.

Their communication just isn't the greatest. I send them an email regarding the hardware kit for an IRS brace and it was a few days until I saw a response. I get the impression they are a 3 person company with nobody designated to take care of calls and emails.

Billetflow facilitates a wide range of cnc operations and "Billetflow" is just one aspect of the company. My point is they tend to be very busy.
