This is exactly what I do. I hate a "runny" egg. Just flip to take the gooey-ness away and then dip the toast.

Scrambled with cheese. Or if I'm off work and have time then scrambled, fried livermush and toast for a delicious breakfast sandwich

I have been on a grits, sausage, and scrambled egg fix for a couple of days now and love it.

I make the grits (using milk of course), cook up the sausage and then throw the sausage into the grits. I then throw the egg batter into the pan with the leftover sausage grease and scramble the eggs. Then the eggs are thrown into the grits. I mix it all up and have myself an excellent grits, sausage, and eggs soup.

I'm really doing this for hypertrophy, so I am just looking at easy sources of the three macronutrients in the morning.
I call that breakfast.

You can also toss a chicken bullion cube into the milk and dissolve it as it warms. Add grits and butter. Once everything is at your desired thickness, top the grits off with a sprinkle of pepper and sharp cheddar cheese.

Fry up a bit of andoulli sausage and toss it into the cheese grits. You will thank me later.

You can choose to scramble or fry your eggs in the same pan used to cook the sausage for some added flavor to the eggs.

I cannot say this is healthy, but it is good.

If you really want to make things unhealthy, but provide a little more flavor to the grits, toss a pat of butter into the sausage pan and melt it slowly. Now sprinkle about a teaspoon of flour over the greasy mess. Whisk that into a nice rue. Then add milk and whisk the mixture until you have a good gravy consistency. Add salt and pepper as desired and pour over the cheese grits and sausage.

If you want to bypass the eggs, blacken a handful of shrimp. You now have an amazing shrimp and grits meal.

The heart attack is not my fault.

Scrambled. They're harder to make properly than most know but when they're cooked properly they're to die for. Scrambled eggs take time to cook properly which most restaurants don't have the patience to do.

So true.

I spend way too much time in the kitchen and with the smoker. I enjoy cooking though. I really enjoy cooking and watching the reactions and smiles of friends and family.

Thank you for the suggestions! I will definitely be trying the chicken bullion tomorrow morning!

My favorite is poached. Set up as eggs Benedict with an English muffin, jumbo lump crab meat, and hollandaise sauce.

Simply for time savings most weekends we just do scrambled eggs at home

The best! A lot of these folks here will never understand a Crabby Benedict until they come to the shore of MD...

I prefer Country Benedict. Biscuits replace the muffin, and gravy replace the Hollandaise sauce.

Johnny D's Waffles has great Benedict breakfasts, I'm sure you've been there. They are almost as good as what I've had in Hilton Head lol.

I voted scrambled because I mix one whole egg with egg whites when eating at home. When eating at a restaurant I order eggs over easy (used to order sunny side up) and often just get an omelette. I love breakfast any time of the day. I get pancakes w/ honey and butter also with my omelettes but pass on maple syrup. Honey is much healthier I think and actually tastes better to me as well.

I love them sunny side up.
But, I also eat them scrambled as well. I eat about 8-10 eggs a week for breakfast.

Over easy as I like to dip my toast into the yoke followed by some Franks. Love pouched eggs but no ones got time for that.
