Have not found them on a menu down here. I know a couple bars in Detroit that serve them.
There are a few small places around Atlanta (likely Charleston and Savannah also) that make them. They can be time consuming to make, and that normally doesn't go well with breakfast.

Same applies to kiesh. It's a time consuming meal to make, but well worth the wait.

Basically an egg casserole. You can consider it to be a massive, oven baked omelet.

I'm beginning to think I spend too much time playing in the kitchen.

Once you have them, eggs are never the same again.

Scotch Eggs Recipe

The recipe above uses cornflakes. When I make them I skip the cornflakes. I use finely ground Italian bread crumbs to coat the exterior of the sausage.

Yes, this is another breakfast heart attack. Very good though.

After the bacons done I fry my eggs in the same pan, sunny side up and runny. I save most of the grease for later but leave all the crispy bits to coat the bottom of my eggs, if the wife wants just egg whites I fry the whole yolks with my eggs.

I never imagined that a thread about eggs would take off like this.

I think you may be right. My brain is already running on fumes this morning. It's been a long day, and it isn't even half over.

Today, my brain feels like a Windows 95 PC that wasn't shut down properly.

Wish I had some eggs.

This looks like an Aiken recipe. What do you have going on there?

They are called sous vide egg bites. Starbucks made them famous. Instapot made them cheap and easy to make at home.

On Sunday I put 21 eggs in a blender, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and precook bacon. Turn blend on for 10 secs. Poor into silicon mold for the instapot and cook. I then put them in fridge and pull out 4 a day heat in microwave for 30 secs and super fast breakfast.

Hole in ones are also one of my favorite ways. Use something round to cut out the hole. Biscuit cutter is perfect. Drop bread on pan then crack egg inside it. Over medium is perfect IMO.

I just like eggs, period. As long as they're cooked with some bacon grease and they're a little runny when you cut them open if they're not scrambled. I just usually tell the wife, or whoever, just to surprise me.
