That's a good spread of hp and torque across the engines, and it puts it into better perspective of why they have so many engine options.

Most interesting

As expected the 3.5 and 5.0 were close...curves were a good bit different. The 5L actually suprised me on that vid

I have a 2018 2.7 eb with 10 speed, and i can tell you after having many vehicles, this engine is the most impressive stock engine ive ever owned. Ive had 2 cobras, a mach 1, several foxes, and a 2013 5.0. I would pick this engine over the others any day of the week - unless i had to do a ton of towing. Not because i dont think it would perform well, but because ford says thw larger engines are better for it.

Also, the video only shows the power of the 2015 2.7. The 2018 is much more impressive with the 10 speed.

I’m pretty sure there is a healthy difference between the 1st and 2nd Gen 3.5EB motors. It’s weird they did first gen EB then compared it to the newest 5.0. Doesn’t matter in the long run, just noticing the details.

They compared a gen 1 3.5 to a gen 2 5.0L with the 10 speed.

I would like to see the gen 2 2.7 numbers actually.

Torque is what these motors are tuned for. The 2.7 2018 makes almost 400 ft lbs stock. Thats not a fail by any stretch of the imagination.

Uhhh....so why does that screenshot say 328 lb-ft? And if it really is 400, I have to assume the number shown for the 3.5 is wrong as well.
