No. It's a rig that is built to take photos. The car is pushed at a slow speed to make the background look as if it is going really fast due to long shutter exposure.
The "Rig" is then photoshopped out of the picture.

The first photo is amazing. What a great desktop image it would make. I didn't know what a "rig" was either. I learned something new today.

Poster shots for sure. What is with the fog/driving light beam in the last photo. Is part of the beam shopped out?
