Ummm. I think there are plenty of people that would like to argue that a 302 wont make over 400hp. Also, you won't see any NA 2V 281's running 11's in the 1/4 mile. The 4V is another story of course. Yes, stock for stock the newer 4.6 GT's are better. That's what advances in technology will do. But upgrade a 302 to aluminum heads, which the 4.6's have, and see which put's out more power.

Really There are a few N\A 2v doing it all day long .here is a friend of mine's car:it runs 11.70's N\A

Sorry, I need to be more specific. On full street weight. It seems he's dieted that car about 400lbs. I've never seen it, but I believe you. Note, you said "few". There are more then a few 302's doing it, all day long.

Given, in 10 years, the modular engine might be far superior to the 302 in every way. For now, the 302 takes the cake.
