So Sunday morning I leave early to deliver a mower to Massachusetts that I had sold for my uncle. Well I'm getting in my truck to head back home my 11 year old daughter calls me and tells me she had to call nine-one-one cuz there's a problem with my wife. She was very dizzy vomiting but didn't lose consciousness and couldn't stand up straight.
She went to the ER and had a CAT scan and it was determined she had a 3 centimeter tear or dissection in one of the main arteries going to her brain so she was admitted to Albany Medical Center that same day.
Her MRI showed that she had a stroke in her cerebellum. It's why she's having so much dizziness and nausea and balance issues. We're waiting to hear from the attending physician for next steps. This year sucks and has gotten nothing but worse. At least she's alive and aware but this is unbelievable; she's only 39.
