Hi guys, i have a MAJOR dilemna...seems my '03 needs an engine.
Let me backtrack first, however...roughly 9 months ago, my car was making a nasty ticking noise and i took it to a reputable shop, after diagnosing the problem, i was told i had the dreaded head tick. Needless to say i wasn't...
Of course you'd have to throw in the Royce Gracie/Anderson Silva/Randy Couture and Matt Hughes of the MMA world...but most would agree that Fedor is the single greatest MMA ever.

What does your typical pulley/cai/tune Shelby put down to the ground? The reason i ask is because a friend says they're good for 600 rwhp with just those mods.
Not necessarily trying to beat one per se, hell, i've only seen a handful on the road period, and i'm usually driving my Ranger at the time anyhow. At any rate, what kind of power does an '03/04 need to be putting down to at least hang with a stock C6 Z06?
The bulk of Terminator 2.2's i see have low (relatively speaking, of course)torque numbers, especially when compared to either a 2.3 Whipple or 2.6 KB. The hp#'s seem about right, but the tq numbers always seem on the low end.
I have a 2.2 that puts down 550rwhp on a very conservative tune...
Here in Orlando i try to run strictly Mobil 93, though i've used 7-11/Citgo in cases of emergency and have never noticed a difference. Does anybody else fret over running different brands or is it whatevers cheapest? I'm running a tried and true 2.2 KB making a conservative 16lbs of boost.
