Maybe it's just me but I can't seem to constantly get smooth take offs in town.. I think the drive by wire is messing with me. Would going to 3.73's help in the low speed driving aspect?

Need the adapter/spacer that goes between the th400 auto and the NP208 t-case... Split mine in two with a bent driveshaft.. 6 bolts on each side of the plate. I can damn near but a complete junker truck for the price the shops want around here..
