Like the title says I'm going to install a posi port blower over the winter and going E85. I know the E85 runs cooler. Will the killer chiller be affective or a waste since the fuel burns cooler?

Just dropped the irs to change the bushings. The upper sub frame bolt has a flat head working on it as we speak and can't upload pictures. If you know what I'm taljing about and have removed this please let me know how and what you replaced it with. Thanks.
